What is Podcasting? Podcasting is a way to receive news, information, talk shows, sermons, etc through ITunes. Using ITunes, you can subscribe to The Fellowship's podcast and when the weekly message is updated, the program will be downloaded to your computer.If you have an MP3 player, it can also be transferred to it for your listening pleasure. Another way to think about podcasting is to consider it like getting your newspaper delivered to your door each day, expect it as the sermon for the week and it is in an audio format.

How you can subscribe to The Fellowship Podcast? It's simple. Download free iTunes by clicking the iTunes icon on the right. Install iTunes and then go to the iTunes store. Click on "podcasts", and search for The Fellowship at Cinco Ranch. Click on the subscribe button, and your done. It's that easy! Now every time there is a new message, iTunes will let you know so that you can listen to it.

Real Simple Syndication (RSS) is another new feature available on The Fellowship's website. This allows you to get a quick glimpse of new information on the website and choose if you want to read more about it instead of navigating through the entire website. It is like having an entire newspaper in your hands and then picking out the one article that you want to read and turning directly to it.

How can you read this information? If you are a MAC user, you will notice a blue RSS button in your address bar in Safari. Click on it and you will be able to read all the latest news. For PC users it involves a few more steps. First, go to www.google.com and search for 'RSS readers." This will give you a list of free downloadable RSS readers for PC. Pick one and follow that website's instructions to install the reader. After you have installed it, right click on the "rss xml" on the right and choose 'save shortcut'. Open your newly installed RSS reader and paste the shortcut in the reader's address location. It will then download the information and you will be able to read The Fellowship's latest news.
