Recycle at Treasure Cove!

We are happy to announce a great new recycling program at Treasure Cove. We want to try to do our part in being great stewards of God’s beautiful creation, our Earth. Our recycling program will focus on paper, plastic, cardboard, and aluminum. We have provided three bins for each material by the school front doors (please collapse and set aside all cardboards). Teachers and older students will empty their own individual classroom bins at the end of the school day into the larger bins. In addition to the daily recycling activities, we will also host quarterly events.

We also want to invite you to participate. If your neighborhood does not provide curbside recycling services, you are more than welcome to participate in this endeavor and bring your own home recyclables, cleaned and rinsed, to Treasure Cove. Katy Document Destruction will be emptying the bins every Friday, so we would appreciate if the recyclables could be brought on Thursday or Friday in order to avoid potential unsanitary conditions at Treasure Cove.
