Leadership Ministry

Join the Growing Numbers of Leaders at The Fellowship

As a student of leadership for over twenty years, Pastor Jerry wrote his dissertation in 2010 entitled "Folleadership: The Priority and Practice of Following Christ First and Leading Others Second” to complete his doctorate in Transformational Leadership for the Global City.

Over the past several years, we have been laying a foundation of spiritual formation called Faithwalking that focuses our lives on following Christ first. We are now launching a larger leadership community that takes what we are learning about following and is developing a shared vision and competency toward influencing others for Kingdom good. This leadership community is made up of all those that currently serve in leadership roles at The Fellowship, as well as all who are apprenticing or who are ready to grow in their capacity to both follow Christ and influence others.

If you are a follower of Christ at The Fellowship longing for God to both form your character and develop your competence for the sake of Gospel...then you are a Folleader!

You are invited to join others in our growing leadership community at The Fellowship on a journey of following Christ first and leading others second. We are offering the Leadership Lunch three to four times each year. During these Leadership Lunches, leaders will gather to celebrate our impact, sharpen and learn leadership skills, grow in our competencies and be inspired on this journey together. Leadership Lunches are 75 minutes of high impact programming designed to bring out the very best in your leadership character and competence.

The Leadership Lunch will be held in the LIFE Center following the third service. You may bring your lunch or purchase the lunch we are offering. Childcare is also available for a nominal fee of $5 per family.

Mark your calendar with the following Leadership Lunch dates:

  • April 30, 2017
  • August 27, 2017
  • October 29, 2017
